Ordering & Shipping Info
Regular items are sent via US Postal Service, UPS Ground or Fedex Ground at our discretion. Larger items are sent via door-to-door freight since they are too large for regular shipping methods. In stock items generally ship within 24-48 hours if paid online or via credit card.

Most orders to the UK are sent via US Postal service (usually arrives within 7-10 days) while large items are sent via ocean freight (around 3 to 4 weeks).
Express service within the United States is available for an additional $25 on orders under $450 (not applicable to items sent by freight carrier). Express items are usually sent UPS 2nd Day Air, though we reserve the right to use alternate carriers. UPS calculates the schedule by business days. For example, if an order ships on Monday it is generally delivered Wednesday. If it ships on Friday it is delivered the following Tuesday.
For other delivery methods or other international orders, please inquire. Client is responsible for any applicable duties or taxes on international orders upon arrival of shipment.
